Recently i have great interest in cake pops and cup cakes... Went to the NLB at Bishan to borrow a few.. will work on it this coming sunday.....

Blueberry Muffins ..

My daughter told me she would like to have blueberry muffins for breakfast. And i remembered i had a box of ready-mix muffin mix.This brand is good as they come with a can of blueberry.

Its actually quite easy to preapare and bake... you just need to add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and 2/3 of milk.. Add in all ingredients (except the blueberry), mix well. then drain away the blueberry water n slowly introduce into the batter. Pre-heat the oven to 200'c, put in and bake for 18min...and its done! :-)

First batch overflowed as I had add in too much batter. The second batch is ok as i just put in half a cup.
